ITEMS NEEDED TO PROCESS AND CLOSE LOAN

IF RE-FINANCING: You will need to send all of these items: 

1. Copy of Drivers License and Social Security number for each applicant.

2. 2003 and 2004 W-2’s.

3. One full month of paycheck stubs.

4. Copy of survey (if a purchase a survey will be ordered).

5. Two months of Full bank statements (please make sure you send all pages).

6. Please fill out completely the Loan Application (leave liabilities blank).  NOTE: IF RESIDING AT PRESENT ADDRESS FOR LESS THAN 2 YRS. PLEASE FILL OUT FORMER ADDRESS. IF EMPLOYED IN CURRENT POSITION FOR LESS THAN 2 YRS OR IF CURRENTLY EMPLOYED IN MORE THAN ONE POSITION PLEASE LIST FORMER EMPLOYERS OR ALL EMPLOYERS.

7. Name and number of Homeowner’s Insurance agent.

8. Copy of payment statement or payment booklet of current mortgage company for us to be able to order a payoff on your current mortgage.

9. VERY IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE SEND PACKAGE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS to address listed above.

10. ALL DISCLOSURES AND FULL LOAN APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND FILLED OUT AND SENT WITH ALL OTHER ITEMS IN PACKAGE.

11. Again please OVERNIGHT FULL PACKAGE IN 3 CALENDAR DAYS TO ABOVE ADDRESS. We need this time to process the loan. If you are late sending your package it is difficult to process your loan in 30 days. So we ask for your help in delivering your package to us in those 3 calendar days.

VERY IMPORTANT TO CLOSE LOAN ON TIME.
